The most important companies in the Nordecon Group are AS Eesti Ehitus, which is listed on the main list of the Tallinn Stock Exchange, and Arealis AS, a real estate developer. Through these companies we have been active in the construction and real estate business since the founding of Eesti Ehitus in 1989. Today, we operate in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Ukraine and are capable of covering all important segments of the building market in the construction of buildings and structures, and entering real estate development projects.
Group sales amounted to EEK 3,78 billion in the financial year 2007. The net profit for the year was EEK 392 million and the asset volume was EEK 3,44 billion. In 2007 the Group employed 1148 people.
