Based on more than 35 years of experience, Nordic Contractors manages and develops construction and real estate projects in Estonia and foreign markets through its group of companies.
Nordic Contractors’ activities are focused on providing management and analytical support both through representation on the councils of subsidiaries and in close cooperation with the companies’ CEOs on issues related to the group’s strategy, development and investments.
Nordic Contractors is the majority shareholder in the construction group Nordecon AS and owns 100% of the shares in OÜ Lohusalu Sadam, a small port in the Northern Estonia. Throughout its history, the companies of the Nordic Contractors group have been established as new companies and have been members of the group since the early stages of development.
Real estate development is a strategic area of activity for Nordic Contractors. At the parent company, we focus primarily on commercial real estate, developing and managing projects to increase long-term value.
The group mainly deals with residential real estate development through its subsidiaries Nordecon AS and Embach Ehtus OÜ.
The group’s sales revenue in 2024 was 225 million euros and operating profit was 7.8 million euros. Improved profitability and strong growth in equity confirm the company’s sustainability and reliability in volatile market conditions.
