The construction company Nordecon AS, founded in 1989, has grown into one of the largest construction groups in Estonia and is a reliable partner in all areas of the construction market, both in the buildings and structures segment. Several subsidiaries of the group operate under their own brand in the domestic market, including Tariston AS and Embach Ehitus OÜ. The subsidiary Eurocon Ukraine TOV, which belongs to the group, operates in the Ukrainian market.
Nordic Contractors AS has made investments to the recreation industry, owning a 100% stake in the small harbor OÜ Lohusalu Sadam in Northern Estonia. Lohusalu is a small port protected from winds and storms on the northern coast, right next to Laulasmaa. Lohusalu port is also one of the base ports for the Tallinn Yacht Club.
